CHARMING COTTAGE OFFERING COSY COUNTRY LIVING WITH PERIOD CHARM This beautiful south-facing semi-detached stone built property dates back to the late 1800 s and is finished to a high standard. It is set in a lovely rural location easily accessible to all local amenities. Located near to the sleepy village of Hutton situated off a quiet country lane with stunning views this is a fantastic base to explore the unspoilt countryside of the Scottish/English border. Close by Chirnside Allanton and the medieval town of Berwick-upon-Tweed and many beautiful sandy beaches including Spittal and Coldingham. Local attractions include Floors Castle Bamburgh Castle Thirstaine Castle Tantallon Castle Manderston House Paxton House Mellerstain House Abbotsford Traquair House Jedburgh Deer Park Harestanes Farne Islands and East Links family park are to name a few and all are within easy reach. The accommodation offers TWO large bedrooms: 1 king-size and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Bathroom: shower over bath with WC. Lounge: large with woodburner (logs included) TV/DVD/CD Freeview and board games. Dining room: with feature period fire place and ample seating. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: mature garden with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome additional dogs may be accepted by arrangement. Additional info: welcome kitchen pack included. Organic eggs available to purchase from farm (opposite) by honesty box. Location: beach 6 miles shops pubs and restaurants 2 miles. Arrival: 3:30pm
